Behind the camera
I'm Mario Jerez, the photographer behind Wolfpack Creative. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I document weddings, families, and life's defining milestones with a quiet, documentary approach.
For me, photography has never been about perfect poses or carefully orchestrated moments. It's about preserving what is already there. The laughter between friends, a parent's embrace, the glance that lasts only a second. These are the moments that become part of your family's history.
Every story is different, but my approach remains the same. I want you to experience the day as it unfolds while I create photographs that feel honest, timeless, and deeply personal. Years from now, I want your images to bring you back to how it all felt, not just how it looked.
Approach
The best photographs happen when you're fully present.
The most meaningful moments can't be planned. They happen in between the timeline, the conversations, the laughter, and the quiet pauses you never expect to remember.
My role is to create an environment where you can be yourselves while I quietly document your story as it naturally unfolds. With gentle guidance when it's needed and space when it matters most, you'll spend less time thinking about the camera and more time being present with the people you love.

Outside the studio, you will find me exploring sushi restaurants around the Bay Area, training in karate (3rd-degree black belt), and mentoring high school students on the marketing team of a competitive robotics program in Concord, CA.
